Happy Tuesday! This is a strength training routine I am familiar with as I've done it a few times. I love it every time. It works you from head to toe and makes you feel like you accomplished a good workout. It can be done once for a quick effective workout or two or three times for an ultimate challenge. I usually go twice on this one and cool down with some yoga and stretching:) good strength training routine for sure !
