Easy meatloaf:)

Tonight I decided to do a meat loaf with a little flair. I found a recipe someone pinned on Pinterest and decided to give it a go! I added a few of my own personal touches like onions and added seasoning. I also made my own topping sauce from ketchup brown sugar and mustard. Topped with brown sugar and shredded coconut and stuck it in the oven for an hour! Turned out great with some green beans and mash potatoes!
