Survival fit routine

Happy Hump day! 
Today I decided to try this fit boot camp type workout. It's a circuit that is to be repeated a number of times for a hardcore challenge. I did it 3 times and I must say it was hard! Lol I followed this routine with a 1 mile jog on my treadmill!  have a fabulous day y'all:)
