Yoga Flow (rainy day workout)

Today the weather is just aweful and makes for me wanting to just sit on my couch, relax, and eat! lol. I opted for a quick but effective yoga routine. Its just over 10 minutes and its full body and perfect for when you really dont feel like working out but want to do something quick!
