Cardio and squat routine!

Today I decided to try this new treadmill routine. It involves doing intervals of different inclines so you get the maximum calorie burn! Great routine and you gotta try this one y'all:) 

I bought some new running shoes. They are mint green Avias and absolutely comfortable so happy I made this purchase and I caught them on sale for $20! Yes indeed;) 

I followed up with 100 squats !
