Preheat the oven to 450
Chicken breast (I used 4)
Butter (one stick) you can sub for olive oil as we'll!
One cup of brown sugar
Salt and pepper
Thaw your chicken.
Melt butter, brown sugar, garlic clove, and seasoning.
Slit holes in chicken after putting in pan.
Use a brush or spoon and cover too of chicken with sauce.
Bake at 450 for 20-30 minutes depending on level of browning. I like mine crispier so I left ours in a bit longer.
Served ours with some garlic mash potatoes, and carrots and green beans voila! So good! And easy!
