Easy "Proats" breakfast idea

This breakfast is not only quick and easy, it has protein and fiber which is good for you, and will keep you fuller longer! 

You'll need: 
Fruit(whateveryoulike)
Nuts if you prefer (almonds, pecans etc) 
Old fashioned or steel oats 
Water
All natural peanut butter 
Cinnamon and stevia(optional but adds flavor for better taste) 



Cook your oats on stove with accurate measurements. I like my oats more thick less watery. 

Add your cinnamon and sugar. 

Melt your peanut butter in pot or skillet. 

Add your oats in bowl, top with fruit, then drizzle your melted PB on top! 

Simple and healthy! :)
