Today I was looking up HIIT routines to do and came across this Tabata routine that looked like it was something to try. Um. Yes. Level of difficulty is up there. Nt impossible by any means. But this workout featured workouts you alternate doing with very short breaks in between. So this is a real cardio blaster! I used my timer the whole time to accurately time each workout section. My heart rate stayed up the entire time! Such a good workout. I'm new to tabata but i must say I'm now a fan!
